Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period — no surprise charges.

What happens when I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the paid period, then move to Free. Your data stays — nothing is deleted.

Do I need my own AI API key?

For the full AI scoring loop (resume → score → revise), yes — bring your own Anthropic key. Without one, resume generation uses a keyword-highlight fallback that's still useful.

Is there a refund policy?

We don't issue prorated refunds, but you can cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Contact support if you're unhappy — we'll work with you.
